The Celebrity Slim Diet is an easy and convenient way to lose weight. We managed to lose two stone between us in just one month! That’s the equivalent of a 3-gallon tub of quality ice cream, or a two-year-old child!
As you know, starting any kind of diet is never easy. You have to be in the right frame of mind. After all, it means cutting out all the naughty but nice things like Chocolate, Cakes, Biscuits, Sweets and takeaways. It’s easier said than done, but if you REALLY want to lose weight, you know it makes sense!
Celebrity Slim Diet
As part of the Celebrity Slim Diet, you basically replace your usual breakfast and lunch meals (14 meals over the week) with either a shake, smoothie, soup or meal bar. All the Celebrity Slim products are packed with essential vitamins and minerals.
As well as the meal replacements, you can eat a healthy meal in the evening. There are plenty of fabulous recipes on the Celebrity Slim website. One of our favourites was the Salmon with Ginger, Chilli and Garlic. Simply Delicious.
The Celebrity Slim diet is ideal for those who are always on the go. The shakes are quick, easy to use, taste delicious and come in a range of tasty flavours. You don’t even need to count calories or points in this diet.
Drink plenty of water!
It’s important to drink plenty of water (around 2 litres a day) on this diet. It not only aids the weight loss but keeps your metabolism healthy. It also stops you feeling hungry which could result in you reaching for your favourite chocolate bar. A good tip would be to clear your cupboards of all those naughty treats before you start to resist temptation.
Celebrity Slim Flavours
The range of shakes includes Chocolate, Strawberry, Vanilla, Banana, Cafe Latte, Cookies and Cream, Caramel as well as the delicious Choc Mint. Let’s not forget the Strawberry & Banana / Blueberry & Apple smoothies.
Soups include Spicy Chicken Noodle Flavour, Mushroom & Crouton, Mild Curry, Garden Vegetable, Chicken and winter favourite, Spring Vegetable. Did we mention the Double Chocolate / Fruit and Nut Meal Bars too!
If that wasn’t enough, you can also have a Sticky Toffee or Rocky Road Snack Bars in between your meals, ideal for when you crave something sweet. You can also munch on a small apple or orange, medium peach or plum, or what about a handful of berries in a low-fat yoghurt.

Give the Celebrity Slim Diet a chance to work!
I will be honest, the first few weeks are tough! Our only advice would be to stick it out. We both felt like giving up after the first week. Yes, we went through the phase of having headaches from not drinking enough water. Drinking 2 litres is a lot when you’re not used to it. Remember, your body is adjusting to this new way of eating but it gets easier, as the weeks go on. When you see the results, you won’t want to stop.
The Celebrity Slim diet is NOT suitable for those who have Coeliac Disease, under 16, lactose intolerant, pregnant or breastfeeding. Also, if you have high blood pressure, it’s worth keeping an eye on your readings. And, what worked for us might not necessarily work for you. We can’t guarantee you will lose weight, but it’s worth giving it a go!
